We maintain a policy of strict confidentiality. We execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with all our translators before any work begins. Upon request, we can also sign a separate NDA directly with the client. All data is permanently deleted from our system a certain period after delivery.
Can you provide native proofreading for documents that are already translated?
Yes, it is possible. We offer a standalone “Native Proofreading” service where professional native editors refine grammar, expressions, and nuances to transform your text into natural, high-quality sentences.
What if there are errors in the translation?
If there are clear mistranslations or omissions in the delivered product, we provide corrections free of charge without any time limit. (However, revisions requested based solely on personal stylistic preferences may be excluded.)
