Do I need to provide materials for the interpreter in advance?

Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel an interpretation reservation?

Yes. Since interpreters block their schedules specifically for your event, a cancellation fee may apply according to our policy if the reservation is cancelled close to the scheduled date.
